BlackSoil Vietnam is an “independent boutique advisory firm” assisting and facilitating corporate clients to meet their growing strategic issues and help them realize their objectives, usually through financial planning, restructuring, M&A, capital raising, strategic communications and information management.

BlackSoil begin with a team consists of experts of different professionals ranging from finance, agribusiness,… have been experienced over diversified categories of business included FMCG, agribusiness, agriculture, fund management, financial services, legal, online business,... They have been working closely for years, directly and indirectly; and together experienced all the bitter and up-down feeling of the market, sharing the most memorable turning point of the overall economy.
